BDV100S Back Flush Diaphragm Water Flow Control Valve

The BDV series back-flushing control valves are 3-way and 2-chamber hydraulic drive diaphragm valves with low-pressure sealing and smooth flow changes. These valves can be integrated with gravel or disc filters to create an automatic backwash filtration system. They also allow for the redirection of water flow in a supply system. The dual-control chamber design enables the valve to operate in either angular or straight flow configurations based on the spring assembly orientation. The unique cavity design ensures high water flow capacity and efficient performance.

How It Works?

In normal filtering mode, the direct flow valve allows water to pass through in a straight line. When pressurized water enters the diaphragm control chamber, it lifts the spool assembly, closing the inlet and opening the drain to initiate backwashing. Once the pressure is released, the spool returns to its original position, resuming the filtration process.
