Therefore, it must be cleaned with clean gasoline and kerosene and then coated with clean, high-quality or high-speed and high-temperature lubricant before it can be used. However, some fully enclosed bearings and bearings coated with grease that can be used for lubrication and rust prevention do not require cleaning. The impact of cleanliness on bearing life and vibration noise is very large.

3. Select the correct grease. Grease is made of base oil, thickener and additives. The performance of greases of different types and the same type of different brands varies greatly, the allowable rotation limit is different, and the performance of grease is also determined by the base oil. Thickener It is also related to the lubricating properties, and the water resistance of the thickener determines the water resistance of the grease. The low viscosity base oil is suitable for low temperature and high speed; the high viscosity is suitable for high temperature and high load. Different brands of grease can not be mixed, and even the same kind of thickener grease, due to different additives will have a bad impact on each other.
