Figure 12 is a combination of the use of a water jet pump to draw the filtrate and the automatic drain tank to discharge the filtrate.

Figure 13 is a system diagram of a device for pumping filtrate using a steam jet pump, with steam having a certain pressure flowing into the pump to produce a high velocity steam stream of more than 100 meters per second at the nozzle outlet. Generally, a multi-machine series is used, and a condenser is arranged between the two-stage steam pumps, so that most of the water vapor in the mixed gas discharged from the previous stage is condensed into water to reduce the load of the next stage. The pump is applicable to the low-cost steam beneficiation plant.

Figure 14 is a system diagram of an auxiliary device for a filter press. The slurry is pumped into the filter press, and the liquid in the pipe or the residual liquid in the filter cake is discharged by the air of the filter press, and the filter cake is discharged by the self-weight and the scraper.

For a slurry to be flocculated, such as sludge dewatering, a typical filter press system is shown in Figure 15.

The concentrated sludge is sent from the concentration tank to the high-level flocculation tank by the feed pump, the compressed air tube in the pool is opened for stirring, and an appropriate amount of flocculating agent is added while stirring to make the sludge condense into large-particle floc. In order to improve the dewatering performance and improve the dehydration efficiency, the prepared sludge is placed in a sludge storage tank, and the sludge is pressurized by compressed air to press the sludge into a filter press for dehydration.
