Long-lasting high-end silicon carbide seals are suitable for heavy-duty applications such as pumping contaminated or abrasive fluids.
 
Cast iron impellers and volutes reduce vibration and wear on the mechanical seal and engine, allowing them to last longer during semi-trash operations.
 
Excellent fuel consumption: average operating time per full tank of fuel is around 12 hours. Auto-return decompression ensures efficient starting in all temperature conditions, making it easy to operate and durable with an aluminum construction.

Problem Cause Solution
1, water pump not priming Water diversion, water pump and pipeline leak. Suction height is too high, wrong rotation direction, insufficient speed. Packing loose or worn. Add water, tighten water inlet joint screw, reduce suction lift, change rotation direction, increase speed, compress packing or replace it.
2, flow rate is too low Bottom valve jam, impeller blockage, high suction height, packing wear. Clear blockage. Lower suction height, improve speed, replace packing.
3, pump power consumption Impeller wear, bearing damage. Replacement.
4, pump overall vibration Improper installation, impeller damage, pump shaft bending. Reinstall, replace impeller, replace shaft.
