The restriction measures for this time are the Hangzhou (Zhe A) brand new energy bus, which mainly includes vehicles that have been registered before April 5, 2016, and the fuel type registration is not a single petrol or diesel Z-A bus and 2016. After the April 5th, the registration of the card is in line with the "Zhejiang City Passenger Cars Regulations Regulations", the Zhejiang A brand new energy bus.
The restriction line adjustment content is mainly from April 5, 2016. The above-mentioned type of Zhejiang A brand new energy bus is not restricted by the “wrong peak limit” of Hangzhou urban area and the “single and double number” restriction measures of Xihu Scenic Area.
At that time, the traffic management department of the public security organ will confirm the relevant information of the new energy vehicle by issuing the special logo for the new energy bus, and use this as an identifier that is necessary for the current management and road control to be easily distinguished. From April 1st, the owner of the new energy vehicle can register for the new energy bus special logo at 15 windows, including the city and county vehicle management offices and the designated traffic management service station.
