At the same time, the plant made full use of PDM management for product design and gradually achieved zero defects in the design of the vulcanizer. As of the end of 2005, the plant has exported nearly 400 vulcanizers and exported over 50 million US dollars worth of foreign exchange. In 2006, the plant has received export orders of 16 million U.S. dollars, and the export share will reach 1/3 of the company's annual sales revenue.
