Molybdenum oxide block

<

As with molybdenum, molybdenum oxide block is often used as additives a molybdenum alloy steel. It uses molybdenum calcined sand as raw material, which can be used only for molding and processing. It has higher molybdenum recovery rate and lower processing cost than ferromolybdenum. In Western countries, it has gradually replaced ferromolybdenum, which is more widely used than ferromolybdenum and accounts for a larger proportion. See Table 1.

China is still dominated by ferromolybdenum and the amount of molybdenum oxide is very small (Table 4).
Molybdenum oxide, which is a steel additive, is often used as a molybdenum compact. The product standards are shown in Table 5.
From 1983 to 1985, China produced about 2,500 tons of molybdenum compacts. The main manufacturers include Jinzhou Ferroalloy Plant and Shanghai Ferroalloy Plant, as well as Luanchuan Molybdenum Company.

From molybdenum calcine to molybdenum compact is a simple pressure forming process. The production process is shown in the figure below.
The binder is usually bitumen , and the amount is very small. Many processes use only a high pressure molding machine to add water or even no binder. The amount of water added should not be too large, and it is limited to the slight moisture of the calcined sand.

The pressure block can be large or small, 0.5~5kg. The shape is square and round, and most of them are mostly cylindrical. For example, Japan is a 65 × 60mm cylinder with a weight of 0.5kg and a density of 2.7g/cm 3 . The domestic Luanchuan is a truncated cone body with a heavy weight of lkg.

Characteristics:

11 sizes available ranging from 19.5kW to 103.7kW cooling capacity.

Panels and frame are made from metal steel protected with polyseter powder painting to ensure total resistance to atmospheric agents.

High efficiency scoll compressor for the whole range, with built-in thermal overload cut-out and crankcase heater, mounted on rubber vibration dampers.

Indoor Ducted Split Unit with long air supply distance. Pre G4, Medium F7/F8 and HEPA H13 can be within the indoor Air Conditioner if needed.

Split installation, connected by means of flare/welding coupling.
