The basic principle of the grinding process

<

When the grinding machine rotates at a certain rotation speed, the grinding medium in the cylinder body generates centrifugal force due to rotation, so that a certain frictional force is generated between the grinding medium and the cylinder body. The friction will drive the grinding medium to rotate with the cylinder and reach a certain height. Then, when the gravity of the grinding medium itself (actually the centripetal force of gravity) is greater than the centrifugal force, it will fall off the inner wall of the cylinder and fall. When the impact force is generated, the ore is crushed. At the same time, during the operation of the mill, the grinding medium has a sliding phenomenon, and the inner layer medium is pressed against the outer layer medium, and the ore is ground and squeezed. Therefore, the ore is ground under the combined action of the impact force, the grinding force and the pressing force generated by the grinding medium. The role of grinding ore grinding ore is shown in the following figure:

The lifting height and the trajectory of the grinding medium are mainly determined by the rotation speed of the grinding machine and the loading amount of the grinding medium, and the rotation speed is too low or too high, which directly affects the working condition of the grinding machine. The movement of the grinding media at three different working speeds of the mill is shown in the figure below.

1. The grinding machine runs at low speed (shown in Figure a). The grinding machine has a low speed, the grinding medium has a low lifting height, and rolls along the inclined surface formed by itself to the bottom of the barrel for circulation. This is the state in which the medium is in a parasitic state. The impact is small, mainly due to the grinding action and extrusion caused by the mutual rolling between the media. The ball has a weaker effect on the grinding of the material.
2. Normal speed operation (shown in Figure b) The grinding machine has a higher speed, the grinding medium has a higher lifting height, and after the cylinder moves to a certain height in a circular motion, it leaves the cylinder at a certain initial velocity. The parabolic trajectory is used for the downward throwing motion. At this time, the impact of the dielectric drop is strong, the grinding action and the pressing action are also fully exerted, and the material is subjected to the strongest grinding. Most grinding machines work in this state of grinding.
3. Centrifugal operation (shown in Figure c) When the mill speed is increased to a certain limit value, all grinding media rotates concentrically with the cylinder without falling. This condition is called centrifugal operation. When the medium is centrifuged, it will theoretically lose its grinding effect. Therefore, the mill should work at a lower speed than the centrifugal speed.

Cold Galvanizing Flange or cold galvanized flange is the flange surface coated for a thin zinc, it is covered by electro galvanizing works, cold galvanizing also named electro galvanizing for flanges, the cold galvanizing coated thickness on flange was less than hot galvanized, so it is cheaper than hot galvanized coated flanges, but anti-rust time is also short than hot zinc covered on flanges.
