“Research and demonstration of key technologies for monitoring and early warning of locusts in megacities”

[ China Instrument Network Instrument R&D ] Recently, the “Twelfth Five-Year” National Science and Technology Support Program “Major City Internal Monitoring and Early Warning Key Technology Research and Demonstration” (2015BAK11B00) passed the acceptance of experts organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology Social Development Science and Technology Department in Beijing. The Ministry of Science and Technology, the Department of Science and Technology, the 21st Century Center, the project organization unit, the Ministry of Education, the Department of Basic Science and Technology and other relevant comrades attended the meeting.

The mega-city refers to the phenomenon of disasters in the city caused by heavy precipitation or continuous precipitation exceeding the urban drainage capacity, which endangers the daily life of the city and brings huge economic losses. Through the research on key technologies for monitoring and early warning of internal helium, it is beneficial to reduce the frequency of internal disasters and ensure the safety of people's lives.
To this end, in 2015, the Guangzhou Municipal Municipal Group and the Guangdong Meteorological Observatory and Sun Yat-sen University jointly cooperated with the “Giant City Internal Monitoring and Early Warning Key Technology Research and Demonstration” project, which was officially approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology National Science and Technology Support Program.
In the “Study and Demonstration of Key Technologies for Monitoring and Early Warning of Intensive Urban Lieutenants”, Guangzhou Municipal Group Co., Ltd. is responsible for the “Research and Demonstration Application of Functional Protection and Restoration Technology for Urban Drainage Pipe Network”, mainly researching and developing drainage pipeline disease detection, pretreatment, and light. Solidification and integrated integrated integration technology; the project goal is to ensure that no less than 5% of the disease detection of the drainage pipeline in the Tianhe National Sustainable Development Experimental Zone is achieved, and that the disease detection of 10% of the drainage pipeline is achieved, and the types and characteristics of the disease are summarized. Analyze the cause of the disease; complete the non-excavation and repair demonstration of the diseased pipeline with a length of not less than 1000 meters in the Tianhe National Sustainable Development Experimental Zone, and restore its drainage capacity.
The “Study and Demonstration of Key Technologies for Monitoring and Early Warning of Intensive Cities in Mega-Civil Cities” is aimed at the intensive urban buildings in China's highly urbanized areas. It is based on the problem that the formation mechanism of urban intrinsic unclear, the accuracy of precipitation forecast is not high, and the foreseeable period is short. The experimental base and the urban monitoring and testing base of the South Campus of Sun Yat-sen University carried out research on the formation mechanism of urban infighting in the context of urban in-situ process observation experiments and rapid urbanization.
On this basis, the project studies the quantitative precipitation estimation method based on Doppler radar and the urban intrinsic forecasting method, and proposes a refined urban intrinsic model based on grid-like flow generation calculation and road convergence, which realizes the city. The meticulous simulation and forecasting of the internal heel process has transformed the internal warning from single index to multiple indicators, which has improved the accuracy and forecast period of quantitative estimation and forecasting of urban heavy rainfall.

(2) organic nucleating agent organic nucleating agent is a kind of organics with low relative molecular weight, represented by sorbitol and its derivatives. It has good compatibility with matrix resin and can significantly improve product transparency and surface gloss.

(3) in the case of sorbitol, when the amount of nucleating agent exceeds 0.3%, the effect of transparency improvement is not obvious, and even decreases. However, when the dosage is less than 0.2%, the nucleation quantity is insufficient and the transparency is not increased enough. It can be seen that the amount of nucleating agent should be between 0.2-0.3%. Therefore, suitable nucleating agent content can better improve the transparency of PP.
