Wedge Anchor Bolt
Anchor bolts are available in a wide range of sizes, from M6 to M24, with lengths up to 200mm. They are commonly used in concrete applications and provide strong, reliable fastening solutions.
Fasteners offer anchor bolts in zinc-plated carbon steel and stainless steel options, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance. These concrete anchors are designed to provide 360° contact over large areas, significantly reducing the stress on the surrounding concrete that can lead to wear and tear over time.
Available in four head styles—hex, flat, acorn, and round—these anchor bolts can be used in solid concrete, brick, and block base materials, making them suitable for a wide variety of construction projects.
They are manufactured according to international standards such as DIN, ASTM/ANSI, JIS, EN, ISO, AS, and GB. The materials include stainless steels like SS201, SS303, SS304, SS316, SS316L, SS904L, and F593, as well as various steel grades including DIN Gr. 4.6, 4.8, 5.6, 5.8, 8.8, 10.9, 12.9; SAE Gr. 2, 5, 8; and ASTM 307A, 307B, A325, A394, A490, A449.
Finishing options include zinc (yellow, white, blue, black), hot dip galvanized (HDG), black oxide, geomet, dacromet, anodization, nickel plating, and zinc-nickel plating.
Production processes vary depending on size: cold forging is used for M2-M24, while hot forging is applied for M24-M100. Customized fasteners can be machined or produced using CNC technology.
Lead times for customized products are typically 15–30 days during busy seasons and 10–15 days during slack seasons. Stock products include steel bolts such as 4.8 grade DIN6923, 8.8 grade, and 10.9 grade of GB5783 and GB5782, as well as all standard stainless steel bolts per DIN specifications.
Anchor bolts are widely used in construction, infrastructure, and industrial projects where strong, durable anchoring is required. Whether for structural support, equipment mounting, or other applications, these bolts are engineered to meet the demands of modern construction needs.
