I came across an interesting auction for a 1992 Pierce Arrow Fire Truck listed as Job #E7314. The auction ends on November 17, 2022, at 7:00 PM Eastern Time, with 29 days and no hours remaining as of my last check.
This fire truck is quite unique, but it's important to note that it's not roadworthy due to some mechanical issues. The front end requires new U-bolts for the front axle, which is a must-do if you're planning to get it back on the road. Additionally, the water tank has rusted out over the rear driver's side axle, which could be a dealbreaker depending on your intended use.
Despite these issues, the Detroit diesel engine, Allison transmission, and Waterous pump seem to be functional, allowing the vehicle to run, shift, stop, and pump water.
