Carrying out demonstration activities of energy resource measurement services is an important measure to promote energy resource conservation, improve quality and efficiency, and focus on the high-quality development of Zhejiang Province. Zhejiang Province actively organized the implementation of the energy resource measurement service demonstration project declaration recommendation work, and recommended seven projects to the country to declare energy resource measurement service demonstration projects.
At present, there are more than 513 million electric energy meters in operation in China, and the annual average verification rate is over 12%. The energy efficiency of manual verification and manual operation cannot meet the rapid growth of verification requirements, and no effective solutions have been found at home and abroad.
In response to this problem, State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power Company Electric Power Research Institute successfully developed the first set of electric energy meter intelligent verification system at home and abroad, independently invented multi-terminal synchronous connection, embedded new fast seal, multi-dimensional intelligent transfer of electric energy meter The core technology has promoted the transformation of the energy meter verification from the extensive manual verification mode to the intensive intelligent verification mode. After the implementation of the project, the efficiency of power meter verification is increased by 58 times, the number of verification personnel is reduced by more than 90%, and the operating cost is reduced by 50%.
