1. When all units have minor injuries and the above accidents or other safety production accidents, they must report to the mine dispatch immediately. After the dispatch receives the report, they report to the relevant mine leaders according to the procedures, accident categories and accident levels, and notify relevant The department; after receiving the notice, the relevant departments must immediately notify the leaders of each department to the department to stand by and prepare for emergency rescue.

Second, the accident report must be timely, accurate and complete. Any unit or individual must report, delay, report or report the accident.

3. When reporting a safety production accident, the following contents should be included: the time of the accident, the location of the accident, the scene of the accident, the brief passage of the accident, the casualty and the measures taken. New situations after the accident report should be reported in time.

4. In the event of a minor injury accident, the mine dispatching room must notify the relevant department immediately to arrange for the ambulance vehicle and medical personnel to be sent to the hospital for examination and treatment immediately after receiving the report.

5. When a serious injury or more serious safety production accident occurs, the mine dispatching room shall report to the general dispatching office of Bangda Company in time after receiving the report.

6. In the event of a fatal accident, it must report to the relevant department in a timely manner as required, and actively cooperate with the relevant departments to conduct an accident investigation according to procedures.

7. After a safety production accident occurs, the relevant mine leadership and dispatching room report should be rushed to the dispatching room to report and organize emergency rescue.

8. In the event of a safety production accident, the mine must strictly evacuate the personnel at the threatened location to a safe location in accordance with the relevant system requirements of the accident emergency rescue system, and actively organize rescue work to prevent the accident from expanding, resulting in casualties or increased casualties. .

9. After a general safety production accident occurs, it must be investigated and handled by the relevant departments of the mine in charge according to the type of the accident, and shall be carried out according to the following requirements.

(1) If a safety production accident occurs, the mine is shut down, the mining area is shut down, or the mining face is shut down for 24 hours, the production mine manager organization, the relevant organization of the safety mine manager or professionals shall participate in the investigation, analysis and treatment.

(2) Due to insufficient gas control in the mining face, resulting in a gas concentration of more than 1% or a partial gas of 2% or more, the chief engineer of the mine shall organize the safety mine and related units or professionals to participate in the investigation, analysis and treatment.

(5) In the event of a flood that causes a mining face to be flooded, the chief engineer, the safety mine manager and related units or professionals participate in the investigation, analysis and treatment.

(6) The safety production accidents of blackouts, electric shocks, inclined shaft sports cars, broken chains and wounded people, and belt broken belts are investigated and analyzed by the mechanical and electrical mine manager, the safety deputy mine manager and related units or professionals.

(7) If the ventilation system is unreasonable, the ventilation facilities are unreliable, and the ventilation facilities are damaged, the chief engineer shall organize relevant units or professionals to participate in the investigation, analysis and treatment.

(8) In the event of a type of accidental production safety accident, the production mine manager organization, the safety deputy mine chief, the chief engineer and related units or professionals participate in the investigation, analysis and treatment.

(9) If the gas is not discharged as required, the chief engineer shall organize relevant units or professionals to conduct investigation, analysis and treatment.

(10) If any other accident causes serious injury, the relevant deputy mine manager shall organize relevant units or personnel to investigate and deal with it.

X. The relevant personnel of the safety production accident occurrence unit must actively cooperate with the accident investigation work and truthfully provide relevant information.

XI. Safety production accident investigation should adhere to the principle of seeking truth from facts, respecting science, timely and accurately identifying accidents, accidents, accident losses, identifying the nature of accidents, identifying accident liability, summarizing accident lessons, and proposing preventive and corrective measures.
