Q1. Are you a factory or trading company?
We have our own factory in Xingtai and an office in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province with export license. Convenient transportation. It is not far from Zhengding International Airport. We warmly welcome clients from all over the world to visit our factory and cooperate with us.

Q2. What is your sample policy?
We can supply samples if we have ready parts in stock, but customers are responsible for the cost of the sample and courier service.

Q3. If I don't like the style of yours, can you do something else?
Yes, we can create a mold for you based on your samples or technical drawings. Mould costs may apply for customized products.

Q4. What is your packing and payment terms?
1). Generally, plastic bag inside and carton box outside, or according to customer's requirements. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after receiving your authorization letters.
2). For samples and small orders, 100% payment via PayPal, Western Union, or T/T. For bulk orders, a 50% deposit is required, and the remaining balance must be paid before delivery from our factory.

Q5. What is your mode of transportation and delivery time?
1). Small packages are shipped via express services such as DHL, TNT, UPS, or FEDEX, with the customer covering the shipping cost. Large volume products are typically shipped by air or sea, with EXW, FOB, CIF, or CFR depending on the customer's preference.
2). Delivery time: Usually 5-7 working days if items are in stock, or 10-21 working days after receiving the advance payment. The exact delivery time depends on the product and order quantity.
