Q1. Are you a factory or trading company?
We have a factory in Xingtai and an office in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province with export license. Convenient transportation. It is not far from Zhengding International Airport. We warmly welcome clients from all over the world to visit our factory and explore cooperation opportunities.

Q2. What is your sample policy?
We can supply samples if we have ready parts in stock, but customers need to pay for the sample cost and courier fee.

Q3. If I don't like the style of yours, can you do something else?
We can create a mold for you according to your samples or technical drawings. Mould costs apply if you need customized products.

Q4. What is your packing & payment terms?
1). Usually, plastic bag inside and carton box outside, or as per the customer's requirements. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after receiving your authorization letters.
2). For samples and small orders, 100% payment via PayPal, Western Union, or T/T. For bulk orders, 50% deposit by T/T, with the balance paid before delivery from our factory.

Q5. What is your mode of transportation and delivery time?
1). Small packages are shipped via express services such as DHL, TNT, UPS, FEDEX, etc., and the customer covers the shipping cost. Large volume products are usually shipped by air or sea, depending on the customer's choice (EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR).
2). Delivery time: Generally 5-7 working days if items are in stock, or 10-21 working days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the product and order quantity.
