Full Automatic Centrifugal Casting Machine for Cropped-Fan Engine
This fully automatic centrifugal casting machine is designed for the production of cylinder liners. It consists of a main centrifugal casting unit (including a large welded base, bearing housing, supporting wheels, bearings, main motor and its base), mobile platforms (with coating, cleaning, tube drawing, and trolley systems), an automatic pouring system, electrical control system, cooling system, and casting tube conveying device.

  1. Main Engines

1.1 The main engines have two working positions, with both installed on a welded steel base. This base can be mounted either by welding or screw fixation. Each engine includes four supporting wheels, divided into two pairs, assembled onto driving and driven shafts. These are mounted on the base via detachable bearing seat plates that allow for easy maintenance and replacement.

2. Mobile Working Platform of the Auxiliary Machine
The auxiliary machines are all mounted on a single mobile platform, including cleaning devices, tube drawing units, spraying systems, and trolleys. These components perform tasks such as cleaning, coating, and tube drawing for the two main engines.
2.1 Spray Coating Device:
2.1.1 The spray trolley is driven by a servo motor through a rack and pinion mechanism. It moves at a speed of 200–300 mm/s during spraying, and reverses at 50–200 mm/s.
2.1.2 The spraying speed and distance during a single pass can be divided into four adjustable sections.
2.1.3 The air supply line includes an air pressure stabilizing tank to maintain consistent spray pressure. This tank is installed on the mobile platform.

2.2 Cleaning Device:
The cleaning trolley is driven by a standard motor using a rack and pinion system. It uses a cleaning brush to clean within product specifications. By utilizing the reciprocating movement of the cleaning rod, the tube molds can be effectively cleaned. The brush can be replaced according to workpiece requirements, and the trolley speed ranges from 100–220 mm/s.
2.3 Tube Drawing Device:
The draw bench is a chain-driven device with guiding mechanisms on all sides. It operates by moving rapidly to the delivery position (100–220 mm/s) under motor drive, then using a hydraulic separator to grip the casting inner wall before slowly pulling it out.
2.4 Translation Platform:
Driven by a reduction gear and a servo motor's gear and rack system, this platform serves as a central hub for tube drawing, cleaning, and spraying. Precise positioning technology ensures a 1mm locating accuracy between processes. Crash bars on both sides of the platform stop the machine immediately if touched, triggering an alarm. Pressing the reset button allows the platform to return to operation.
