This equipment is composed of a centrifugal main casting machine (including a large base, bearing housing, supporting wheels, bearings, main motor and its base), mobile platforms (including spray coating, cleaning, tube drawing, and trolleys), automatic pouring device, electric control system, cooling system, and casting tube conveying device.

  1. Main engines

1.1 The main engines have two working positions, and the two main engines are installed in a welded structure large base. The large base is mounted on embedded parts either by welding or screwing. Each main engine consists of four supporting wheels, divided into two pairs, assembled into driving and driven shafts. These are mounted on the large base through detachable bearing seat base plates (interchangeable during bearing maintenance). During pouring, tube molds are placed between the two pairs of supporting wheels, forming a face angle of 95–115 degrees between the supporting wheel center and the rotation center of the tube molds. When starting the equipment, the motor’s belt pulley drives the main shaft’s belt pulley (mounted on the pouring end surface) through the drive mechanism. Torque is then transmitted via friction between the supporting wheels and tube molds, which drives high-speed rotation of the tube molds for pouring.

2. Mobile Working Platform of the Auxiliary Machine
The auxiliary machines are compactly mounted on a single mobile platform, consisting of a cleaning device, tube drawing device, spraying device, and trolleys. They are used to complete tasks such as cleaning, spraying, and tube drawing for the two main machines.
2.1 Spray Coating Device:
2.1.1 The spray coating trolley is driven by a servo motor through rack and pinion mechanisms. The advancing speed is 200–300 mm/s, and the reversing speed is 50–200 mm/s during spray coating work.
2.1.2 The spraying speed and distance within a single journey can be divided into four adjustable sections.
2.1.3 The air supply line is equipped with an air pressure stabilizing tank, which can supply stable spray pressure. The air pressure stabilizing tank is installed on the mobile platform.

2.2 Cleaning Device:
The cleaning trolley is driven by a standard motor through a rack and pinion mechanism to perform cleaning using a cleaning brush within product specifications. By utilizing the reciprocating movement of the cleaning rod, the purpose of cleaning the tube molds can be achieved. The cleaning brush can be replaced within the workpiece specification. The cleaning trolley speed range is 100–220 mm/s.
2.3 Tube Drawing Device:
The draw bench is a chain-driven device with guiding spacing mechanisms on its upper, lower, left, and right sides. Main actions include: the draw bench moves rapidly to the delivery position (100–220 mm/s) driven by a motor; the hydraulic separator opens via a tensioning cylinder, grips the casting inner wall, and then the draw bench slowly pulls the casting out to loosen it.
2.4 Translation Platform:
The platform, driven by a reduction device and gear and rack of a servo motor, is a collection of auxiliary devices for tube drawing, cleaning, and spraying. Actions are accomplished through platform movement. Precise position control technology ensures a stable and reliable process switch with only a 1mm locating error. Crash bars, mounted on both sides of the platform, can shut down the platform immediately and trigger an alarm upon contact. Pressing the alarm reset button allows the platform to resume operation.
