Q: Where is your factory located?

A: Our factory is located in Longteng Industrial Park, Longgui Town, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, China. It’s only a 30-minute drive from Baiyun International Airport. If you plan to visit, here are some options:

1. We can pick you up at the airport or your hotel in Guangzhou.

2. You can take a taxi.

3. Take the metro line 3 to Longgui Station, then exit from gate B2. We will meet you there.

 

Q: Can you produce custom branded products? Is there an extra charge?

A: Yes, we offer OEM and ODM services. We can create custom brands and designs at no additional cost. You can send us your design files in CDR, AI, or PDF format, or share your ideas, and our designers will handle the rest.

 

Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A: For our own GL brand and packaging, there is no MOQ requirement.

For private branding and custom design, the MOQ is 5,000 pieces per item.

 

Q: Can I get free samples? How?

A: Yes, we provide up to 5 free samples. However, due to the hazardous nature of the product, samples must be sent through special agents. New customers will need to cover the shipping cost, which will be deducted from your next order. It's recommended to pay via Western Union as it is safe and fast with minimal fees. Once payment is received, samples will be dispatched via TNT, DHL, or EMS within 5-7 days.

 

Q: How long does production take?

A: It typically takes around 25-30 days to complete one 20ft container.

 

Q: What are your payment terms?

A: Our payment terms are as follows:

1. T/T: 30% deposit, balance before shipment or against B/L copy.

2. T/T: 30% deposit, 70% by L/C at sight.
