The ETA-800 is a high-quality aqueous stencil cleaning machine designed for efficient and effective cleaning of solder paste stencils, red glue stencils, and large PCBA boards. This fully integrated system performs the entire process—aqueous detergent cleaning, water rinsing, and hot air drying—all within a single washing chamber. Its unique design features four fixed cleaning spray rods and four fixed air knives, along with a back-and-forth movement of the stencil, ensuring stability, reliability, and superior cleaning performance.

1. Suitable for cleaning SMT stencils, copper masks, resin masks, misprinted PCBs, and large size PCBA.

2. Unique 4-spray rod and 4-air knife design with a moving stencil mechanism ensures greater stability and faster, more efficient cleaning of solder paste, red glue, and flux.

3. Real-time aqueous detergent filtering system ensures precise and consistent stencil cleaning.

4. Large observation window allows visibility of the cleaning process.

5. Real-time monitoring of DI water resistivity to ensure optimal cleaning results.

6. Compressed air blows out remaining detergent in pumps and pipes, returning it to the cleaning tank—saving up to 50% of cleaning solution.

7. Can also be used as a PCBA cleaner for boards up to 800mm x 800mm.

8. English color touch panel interface with PLC control, allowing users to set and monitor parameters such as cleaning temperature, time, rinse duration, and hot air drying conditions.
