Based on the clients' request and budget, we will offer equipment pictures, working site videos, plant processing diagrams, assembly drawings, foundation drawings, and plant layout. Clients are welcome to visit our factory, as well as see our equipment in operation at previous client sites. We will arrange cars, hotels, and translators for visiting customers.
-Sale services
Our experienced technicians are available via phone and internet, providing instant guidance through telephone, email, or online service anytime, anywhere. As requested by clients, we can send technicians to the mine site to guide installation, trial runs, and operator training until the plant is functioning properly.
-After-sale services
Normally, the equipment warranty is 12 months from installation, but can be extended up to 24 months upon client request. Equipment spares will be provided at manufacturing cost for at least 10 years after the order is placed. To build long-term cooperation, we will regularly contact and email our clients to check equipment condition, provide maintenance suggestions, and if necessary, visit clients to resolve issues caused during equipment operation.
