Based on the clients' request and budget, we will offer equipment pictures, working site videos, plant processing diagrams, assembly drawings, foundation drawings, and plant layout. Clients are welcome to visit our factory and see our equipment in action. We will arrange cars, hotels, and translators for visiting customers.

Our experienced technicians are available via phone and internet, providing instant guidance by telephone, email, or online service anytime, anywhere. As requested, we can send technicians to the mine site to guide installation, trial runs, and operator training until the plant is fully operational.
-After-sale services
Normally, the equipment warranty is 12 months after installation, but can be extended up to 24 months upon client request. Equipment spares will be offered at manufacturing cost for at least 10 years after the order is placed. To ensure long-term cooperation, we will regularly contact and email our clients to check equipment performance, provide maintenance suggestions, and, if needed, visit clients to resolve any issues caused during equipment operation.
