Spiral Sand Water Separator

<

Spiral sand water separators are ideal for grit chambers in sewage treatment plants, designed to efficiently separate organic wastewater and solid particles. These systems can effectively remove particles of 0.2 mm or larger, ensuring high separation efficiency. The equipment features a shaftless screw, eliminating the need for water bearings, and offers a lightweight, compact design with reliable performance and easy installation. The separator is installed at an angle between 20° and 30°, allowing the sand and water mixture to enter the tank through an inlet. Larger particles, such as sand, settle at the bottom of the spiral groove due to gravity. As the screw rotates, it pushes these materials upward along the inclined groove. Once they rise above the water level, the sand continues to move forward, gradually drying out before being discharged into a collection bin. Meanwhile, the separated water flows back into the tank through the gaps in the spiral, while the supernatant exits through a drain, completing the sand-water separation process. Key features of the spiral sand water separator include: 1. High separation efficiency, reaching up to 96%–98%, capable of handling particles as small as 0.2 mm. 2. Utilizes a non-axial screw design, which reduces maintenance requirements and improves durability. 3. Compact and lightweight construction, making it easy to install and transport. 4. Advanced transmission system with a shaft-mounted reducer, simplifying installation and reducing the need for couplings. 5. Quick-release liner for easy replacement and maintenance. 6. Adjustable axial position of the screw, allowing for optimal clearance between the screw tail and the tank wall. This equipment is widely used in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment facilities, offering an efficient, cost-effective solution for grit removal. Its durable design and user-friendly operation make it a preferred choice for long-term use in various applications.

Aluminum/Alloy Products

The spinning process usually involves the sheet metal being stuck on a spinning machine. The spinning machine tool is similar to an ordinary machine tool. During the processing, the blank is formed against a three-dimensional mold core. The main shaft drives the blank and the mold core to rotate, and then the rotating wheel is used to apply pressure to the rotating blank.Metal Spinning Aluminum Products We have Lampshades, Liners, Lids, Bucket Containers, Aluminum Fittings and so on .If you send drawings we also can help you make it.
