Berwyn Still Alarm 4-17-13

This evening (April 17, 2013), the Berwyn Fire Department responded to a fire call near the intersection of Stanley Avenue and Grove Avenue. Initial units on the scene reported heavy smoke billowing from the roof of a two-story building. The structure consists of businesses on the first floor and apartments on the second. Engine 900 established command on Grove Avenue and mentioned that two lines were being deployed for an interior attack. Tower 904 was positioned on the roof, while Quint 901 was set up for a potential master stream operation, though it wasn’t ultimately utilized. I noticed the new SUV assigned to Incident Command 900 and the updated red and white LED light bar on Engine 902. Here are some of my photos.
