Carol Stream FPD – ambulances updated

"I recently visited Carol Stream and took photos of all three frontline ambulances featuring their new numbering system. They were all stationed at Station 28, which gave me the chance to snap a group photo too.
I also learned that they’re expecting a brand-new ambulance soon. This one will be built on a Freightliner chassis and is described as a Medtec demo model. It’s meant to replace Medic 29."
Here's a closer look at the current fleet:
**Medic 27**

**Medic 28**
A slightly newer addition to the fleet, this one dates back to 2010. It rides on an IHC 4300 chassis and comes equipped with a Medtec body. (Photo credit: Larry Shapiro)
**Medic 29**
