Q1. Are you a factory or trading company?
We have a factory in Xingtai and an office in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province with export license. The location is convenient for transportation. It is not far from the Zhengding International Airport. We warmly welcome clients from all over the world to visit our factory and explore cooperation opportunities.

Q2. What is your sample policy?
We can supply samples if we have ready parts in stock, but customers need to pay for the sample cost and courier fee.

Q3. If I don't like the style of yours, can you do something else?
Yes, we can create a mold for you based on your samples or technical drawings. Mould costs will be charged if you require customized products.

Q4. What is your packing & payment terms?
1). Generally, plastic bag inside and carton box outside or according to the customer's requirements. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after receiving your authorization letter.
2). For small orders, 100% payment via PayPal, Western Union, or T/T. For bulk orders, a 50% deposit is required, and the remaining balance must be paid before delivery from our factory.

Q5. What is your mode of transportation and delivery time?
1). Small packages are shipped via express services such as DHL, TNT, UPS, FEDEX, etc., and the customer is responsible for the shipping cost. Large volume products are usually shipped by air or sea, and the terms (EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR) depend on the customer's choice.
2). Delivery time: Usually 5-7 working days if the product is in stock, or 10-21 working days after receiving the advance payment. The exact delivery time depends on the items and quantity of your order.
