Q1. Are you a factory or trading company?
We have our own factory in Xingtai and an office in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, with export license. The location is convenient for transportation and not far from Zhengding International Airport. We warmly welcome clients from all over the world to visit our factory and discuss cooperation opportunities.

Q2. What is your sample policy?
We can provide samples if we have ready parts in stock, but customers are responsible for the cost of the sample and courier fees.

Q3. If I don't like the style of yours, can you do something else?
Yes, we can create a mold according to your samples or technical drawings. However, mold costs will apply if you need customized products.

Q4. What is your packing and payment terms?
1). Usually, plastic bag inside and carton box outside, or as per customer requirements. If you have a registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after receiving your authorization letters.
2). For small orders, 100% payment via PayPal, Western Union, or T/T. For bulk orders, 50% deposit and the balance before delivery.

Q5. What is your mode of transportation and delivery time?
1). Small packages are shipped via express services such as DHL, TNT, UPS, or FedEx. Customers bear the shipping cost. Large volumes are usually shipped by air or sea, depending on EXW, FOB, CIF, or CFR.
2). Delivery time is generally 5-7 working days if the product is in stock, or 10-21 working days after receiving the advance payment. The exact time depends on the order quantity and item.
