Introduction of Oil Free Air Compressor

The oil-free air compressor is designed for high-pressure applications and ensures efficient and reliable operation without the need for oil lubrication. Here are some key systems that make this unit perform at its best:

1. Oil Circulation System: Before starting, the oil pump control system must be activated to ensure proper lubrication of the compressor components. The system adjusts the internal oil temperature via a built-in temperature control valve to meet operational requirements.
2. Air Circulation System: The compressor draws in air through a self-cleaning filter, which is then automatically adjusted by the PLC-controlled system. After compression, the gas is cooled in an intermediate cooler before being directed to the aftercooler for further cooling.
3. Water Circulation System: Cooling water flows through the intercooler and aftercooler to cool the compressed gas. It also cools the motor windings and oil cooler, ensuring optimal performance under continuous operation.
4. Power Distribution System: The unit is equipped with a 2000kW high-voltage motor (10kV) that starts at full voltage. The control cabinet features metal-armored withdrawable switchgear with "five anti" functions for safety and control.
