Introduction of Oil Free Air Compressor:

1. Oil Circulation System: Before starting, the oil pump control system must be activated to ensure proper lubrication of all components. The built-in temperature control valve adjusts the oil temperature to meet system requirements.
2. Air Circulation System: Air is drawn in through a self-cleaning air filter and guided by the PLC-controlled system. After compression, the gas is cooled in an intermediate cooler before being directed into the aftercooler for further cooling.
3. Water Circulation System: Cooling water circulates through the intercooler and aftercooler to maintain optimal operating temperatures. It also cools the motor windings and oil cooler.
4. Power Distribution System: The compressor uses a 2000kW high-voltage motor (10kV) with full pressure start. The control cabinet includes metal-armored withdrawable switchgear with "five anti" functions for safety and reliability.
5. Screen Protection System: This system includes accident signals and warning signals. It alerts operators to any abnormal conditions or circuit breaker trips, ensuring timely responses.
6. DC Power Supply System: A maintenance-free lead-acid battery provides stable power for the central signal screen and high-voltage control system, with automatic voltage regulation features.
