Chapter Overview

PFG-3085 online fluoride ion detector is an intelligent fluoride ion detection instrument produced by our company. Chapter 3 Selection and Maintenance of Electricity

3.1 Selection of electricity

Relatively insoluble inorganic salts are used in solid electrical films. Solid-state electricity exists in similar and heterogeneous ways. Both types form a potential on the membrane due to the ion exchange process. Such electricity includes silver/sulfide, lead, copper, fluoride, thiofluoride, chloride, and fluoride ion selective electricity.

The accuracy and stability of electricity is a key factor in determining the quality of ion meters. Especially low-conductivity water quality requires more electricity. According to the different materials of the membrane, ion selective electricity can be divided into 4 types:

Zi is the charge of the measured ion

The slope is 59.16 mV/Zi at 25°C. If the measured ion is a monovalent ion such as potassium ion (Zi = +1), a change of potential of 59.16 mV can be observed at 25°C when a decimal change occurs in the concentration. Similarly, a potential change of 59.16 mV/2=29.58 mV is observed at 25°C for a divalent ion such as calcium ion (Zi=+2).

E0 is the constant potential difference when each ion is selectively charged in combination with a specific reference. Ai is the ion activity, but only in the more diluted solution and the ion concentration is equal. The activity of ions depends on the ionic strength in the sample solution determined by the content of the ions.

The concentration of the measured ion will be linearly offset at both its high and low ends, and this offset determines the limits of the high and low ends of the measurement. Ionization can accurately measure a sample solution with a concentration of 10-6M. The high linearity (usually higher than 0.1M) linear offset is due to the action of oppositely charged ions.

3.2 Electric maintenance

The use of ion concentration meters depends largely on the maintenance of electricity. The electricity should be cleaned frequently to ensure that it is not contaminated; the electricity should be calibrated at intervals; during the period of water shutoff, it should be ensured that the electricity is soaked in the tested liquid, otherwise it will shorten its life; the cable connector must be kept clean, and it must not be exposed to moisture or Into the water. Cleaning

Good ion-selective electricity can be stabilized within two minutes. However, if the membrane is contaminated with oil or particles in the solution, its response will be slow. Glass electric heads can be cleaned with alcohol or mild detergents, such as detergents used in laboratory cleaning dishes. Solid-state ion selective electricity can be recovered with very fine-grained polishing bars. The ion-selective electroporation of PVC can be rinsed with water. After thorough rinsing with deionized water, the electrode should be re-calibrated by soaking in a low standard solution for calibration for 2 to 4 hours. If the slope or response time of the electricity does not meet the requirements, the solid state electricity can be soaked longer before the calibration, such as night.

Solid-state, PVC, and gas ion-induced electricity can be stored in low-level standards during measurement gaps. If solid state electricity is not used for several hours, PVC and gas ion selective electricity should not be used for a few days and should be stored dry. 4.1 Unpacking

4.2 The size and installation of the secondary table
