2.1 The operator must be qualified after passing the safety training; wear protective helmets, dust masks, gloves and other labor protection articles before going to work. Employees must wear three tight dresses; women workers must be in safety helmets, not wearing shorts, high heels, and slippers.

2.2 Equipment TC84SC medium crushing cone crusher. The maximum feeding mine diameter is 300mm, and the tight side discharge port size: 32mm~38mm. Motor power: 400kw, 10kv, IP44-F. Equipment TC84SH/F type fine crusher cone crusher. The maximum feeding diameter is 50mm, and the size of the tight side discharge port is 8mm~12mm. Motor power: 400kw, 10kv, IP44-F.

2.3 Before starting the machine, it is necessary to thoroughly check whether the fasteners are firm, whether there are any obstacles or obstacles in the upper and lower funnels and the distribution plate. After confirming the safety, start and stop according to the instructions of the central control room.

2.4 After the equipment is started for 3-5 minutes, it is considered that the operation is normal, and a small amount of ore can be started, and the full load is gradually reached.

2.5 does not allow the strip start, stop, and other non-metallic foreign matter into the cone crusher.

2.6 When entering the cone crushing chamber and the lower funnel to deal with the fault, the cone crusher and its ore feeder and the ore belt conveyor must be shut down first, and the equipment switch should be turned to zero position, the safety sign board should be hung, and the board should be erected. Have a good seat belt and have someone to supervise before you can start your homework. After the processing is finished, the warning is released according to the program.

2.7 The oil pump and crusher cannot be started when the oil temperature in the fuel tank is lower than 25 °C.

2.9 The new crusher shall be operated for 500 hours to change the lubricating oil. After 500 hours, the lubricating oil shall be replaced according to the time specified in the manual. The lubricating oil that meets the requirements of the manual must be used, otherwise the crusher will not be guaranteed to operate normally. During the operation of the crusher, it is necessary to observe whether the oil temperature in the fuel tank is suitable and whether the oil return amount is normal. If the oil return amount is significantly reduced, it is forbidden to start the crusher.

2.10 Record the inertia stop time of the horizontal axis of each time the crusher stops, and the change of the coasting time also indicates the abnormal wear inside the crusher.

2.11 Check the horizontal shaft respirator and tank respirator cleanly and weekly. The fuel tank return filter should be inspected every day. If there is foreign matter such as copper scrap on the filter screen, check whether the copper sleeve inside the crusher has abnormal wear.

2.12 Always check the surface of the air cooler to avoid the cooling effect due to excessive dust on the surface of the cooler.

2.13 When the oil filter is clogged, the filter element should be replaced in time.

2.14 During the operation of the crusher, if the adjustment ring is beating, appropriate measures should be taken in time to make the adjustment ring no longer jump.

2.15 Check and clean the lower part of the crusher frequently to avoid the wear of the lower part of the moving cone due to the accumulation of materials in the lower part of the crusher (main frame ribs, discharge hopper, etc.).

2.16 When the lining plate is used in the later stage, it must be checked frequently. If it is found that there are depressions or cracks on the surface of the moving cone lining, the lining should be replaced immediately. If the lining plate is worn, the moving cone and the fixed cone will be damaged.

2.17 Check the contact surface between the cone and the liner every time the liner is replaced. If there is a protrusion, it should be smoothed. At the same time, it is necessary to check the wear of the main frame guard, the rib guard and the weight guard, and avoid the wear of the body caused by the wear of these guards.

2.18 When the machine is shut down, the ore in the cavity to be crushed is empty and the host is stopped. After the host stops for 5 minutes, it stops at the lubrication station.

2.19 When the crusher has a load and stops suddenly due to power failure or failure, the ore trapped in the crushing chamber should be removed to drive normally.

2.20 Carefully make the original records, carefully fill in the records of the class as required, and make the writing clear and tidy.

2.21 Familiar with the technical performance of all equipment in this position, master the operation, maintenance and maintenance of equipment.

3 Emergency parking should be found in the following cases

3.1 The motor is overloaded and the current exceeds the rated value, but there is no broken object in the machine.

3.2 The motor emits smoke and fires.

3.3 The oil temperature rises sharply and the oil returns more than 50 °C, and the oil pressure is not high.

3.4 The non-crushed material is stuck, and the locking cylinder and the safety cylinder are leaking.

3.5 Another (such as broken wall, rolling wall, distribution plate) is broken inside the machine.

3.6 When the oil temperature is high, it should be idle for a period of time, increase the amount of oil, and then stop the treatment.
