The reason for the noise caused by thin-walled deep groove ball bearings is relatively complex. One is the wear of the inner and outer rings of the bearings. Due to this wear, the matching relationship between the bearing and the housing, the bearing and the shaft is destroyed, resulting in the axis deviating from the correct position, causing abnormal noise when the shaft is moving at a high speed. When the bearing is fatigued, the metal on the surface of the bearing will be exfoliated, and the radial clearance of the thin-walled deep groove ball bearing will also increase to produce abnormal noise. In addition, the lack of bearing lubrication, the formation of dry friction, and broken bearings will produce abnormal sound. After the bearing wears loose, the cage is loose and damaged, and abnormal noise may also occur.

When the thin-wall deep groove ball bearing is removed and inspected, appearance records are first made by photography and other methods. In addition, confirm the amount of residual lubricant and sample the lubricant before cleaning the bearing.

a. Washing of the bearing is performed in rough and fine washing, and a metal grid can be placed at the bottom of the used container.

b. When rough washing, remove the grease or sticky material with a brush or the like in the oil. If the thin-walled deep groove ball bearing is turned in the oil at this time, be careful to damage the rolling surface due to foreign matter.

c. When slowly washing, rotate the bearing slowly in the oil. Care must be taken.

Commonly used cleaning agents are neutral, non-aqueous diesel oil or kerosene, and occasionally, mild alkali liquor is used as necessary. Regardless of the type of cleaning agent, it should always be filtered and kept clean.
