Shanghai Petrochemical circulating fluidized bed unit simulation system passed the appraisal
The 310t/h circulating fluidized bed (CFB) unit simulation system at Shanghai Petrochemical Thermal Power Plant has recently successfully passed its technical appraisal. The expert committee unanimously recognized the system's advanced technology and practical application, stating that it has reached the forefront of domestic standards. Having been in operation for eight months, the system has demonstrated excellent stability and reliability, making it a valuable tool for daily operations.
This comprehensive simulation system covers the entire process of CFB equipment, offering both operational training and research capabilities for process optimization. It provides a realistic environment and user-friendly interface for operators to enhance their skills and understanding of the system. Notably, the CFB simulation process incorporated in this system is the first of its kind in China. The detailed simulation includes multi-point displays of ash discharge, soot blowing, furnace temperature, heat exchanger performance, and steam wall temperatures, achieving a level of detail that is considered among the best in the country.
Developed collaboratively by Shanghai Petrochemical Thermal Power Plant and Beijing Huakangda Computer Application Technology Co., Ltd., this system represents a significant advancement in power plant training and operational efficiency.
