According to the person in charge of the Science and Technology Department of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the project uses Inner Mongolia weathered coal as raw material, and uses a urea aqueous solution that is independently developed by Yongye Company and contains a complex activator to directly extract water-soluble humic acid from weathered coal, and the extraction rate reaches 70. Above%, it is an independent innovation technology to replace humic acid extracted from lye.

Over the years, the traditional extraction of humic acid from alkaline solution has been questioned due to the contaminated soil environment. This technology effectively overcomes the environmental risks caused by the alkali extraction method, avoids the intervention of sodium ions, provides technical support for the production of environmentally friendly fertilizer products that do not contain sodium ions, and creates a new energy-saving and environmentally friendly way to produce water-soluble humic acid. .

Professor Su Haiquan, Dean of the College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering at Inner Mongolia University, told reporters that the innovation of the technology is mainly reflected in two aspects. First, the technology for extracting water-soluble humic acid from peat, lignite and weathered coal using a urea aqueous solution was first proposed and realized. It is not only proved that the urea-based organic complexation method replaces the traditional caustic alkali ion exchange method for extracting water-soluble humic acid in theory, but also that the urea-based water-soluble humic acid product has higher purity than the conventional humate product and its chemical activity index. Has also been improved; the second is to develop a urea-based composite activator that extracts water-soluble humic acids, making the reaction conditions more gentle, compared with no composite activator, the extraction rate of humic acid increased by more than 4 times, and the composite activator The middle components are also beneficial to the crop. However, similar foreign patented technologies have not yet achieved industrial production.

According to Zhao Shijun, general manager of Wing Yip, they started the project in May 2009; in December 2010, they started pilot production on the basis of the successful development of the urea-based humic acid water-soluble fertilizer “Wujin cream” series of products; 2011 In January of the same year, the 10,000-ton/year urea-based water-soluble humic acid industrialization project and the 40,000-ton/year “wujin cream” industrialization project were launched at the same time. In May 2011, the test run was successful and qualified products went on the market. As of May 2012, it has produced 15,000 tons of Wujin cream.
