In recent years, Weichai has actively developed green production, and at the same time manufacturing green energy-saving products, it also pays attention to the green energy-saving of the manufacturing process, and has truly implemented the “green green firewood”. Taking the recycling of industrial waste water, Weichai has a wastewater recyclable system with a daily treatment capacity of 4,400 tons in the old plant area. All industrial waste water enters the sewage treatment station and realizes a “closed-circuit cycle”. The system recycles more than 100 years of waste oil. Tons, annual reduction of 1.2 million tons of industrial wastewater discharge, annual water reuse of more than 1.5 million tons, and annual water saving of 1.5 million tons. In the industrial park, a wastewater recycling and reuse system with a daily processing capacity of 1,000 tons was built. The advanced technology of pretreatment of the quality and reintegration treatment was used, and 360,000 tons of reclaimed water and 360,000 tons of fresh water were recycled annually. After being treated and reused by the enterprise, Zhongshui is widely used in the production and life of trial-cycle water, production process water, toilet flush water, and fire-fighting water for large-series diesel engines, which reduces fresh water consumption and improves the environment. It is understood that Weichai has established four new industrial parks in Weifang and covers an area of ​​nearly 3,000 mu. The new project's energy-saving and emission-reduction infrastructure has been valued. Taking the new foundry industrial park as an example, the low-energy and energy-saving production facilities are fully selected in the process design, and the waste heat utilization technology is adopted. The high-temperature flue gas waste heat utilization system and steam condensate recovery system are installed in the cupola to implement waste heat and residual energy. Recycling, effectively reducing the park's heating steam and natural gas consumption. Among them, 80 tons of hot air oxygen-enriched cupolas, castings with an overall scrap rate of 1.8% or less, 220 tons of coke per ton of castings, 47,000 tons of coke per year than the domestic average, and secondary combustion of flue gas through waste heat utilization technology. The temperature of molten iron reached 1500-1550°C, and the melting efficiency increased by 45%. The recycling rate of waste sand was over 85% through the old sand recycling technology. With the technology of fully-sealed bag dust removal, the dust removal rate reached 99.8%. In the processing industrial park, Weichai has attached great importance to the basic construction of energy-saving and emission-reduction and adopted low-energy-consumption and energy-saving equipment to ensure that the energy use of the new park is optimal.

Eliminating outdated, high-energy-consuming technologies and equipment, actively implementing energy-saving technological reforms, and paying attention to the new project's energy-saving and emission-reduction infrastructure are all means by which Weichai strengthens self-discipline and realizes green production.
