The world's largest wind power Blade, a 62-meter-long 5 MW wind turbine blade, has successfully taken off the Production Line at Zhongfu Lianzhong Composite Materials Group. At the same time, the 1.5 MW bamboo blade also took the lead in successful pilot production in the industry.

In recent years, the global wind turbines have rapidly grown to large scale. Some European companies have successively developed 5 MW wind turbines. Last year, China's first 5-megawatt wind turbine was born at Sinovel Wind Power. As an important partner of Sinovel Wind Power, Zhongfu Lianzhong developed a 5-megawatt wind turbine blade. With a length of 62 meters, a maximum chord length of 4.5 meters and a pre-bend of 1.5 meters, the blade is the longest blade commercially available internationally.

At the same time, the 40.3-meter-long 1.5 MW bamboo blade that was offline was optimized for structural design based on the existing blade airfoil, and the product structure and process modification was completed without changing the mold and the main production process.
